Those are the ones that I thought of initially but I've pretty much ran through all the romanceable follower mods on Nexus (with the exception of Livia Salvian. Auri is a very well voiced character and the romance was pretty good. Tied to completing her personal quest and speaking to her in a specific location (it's not explained anywhere so I had to look it up lol).
I haven't found any on par with those romances yet, with believable build up/dating that kind of thing before 'omg I love u' but there are some mods that have decent enough romances that are at least better than vanilla Skyrim:
I'm a sucker for the romances in Dragon Age/Mass Effect so I'm always hunting for romance of that quality, just to clarify where I'm coming from. So Alb_ was pretty on point with their answer about 3DNPC.
